Correcting the Red Book as land area measuring wrong red book

I have one piece of land, local missions when the red book, the main place to measure, but not my family at home. Upon receiving the wrong paper red book over land using.
I have written application submitted to the Department of Natural Resources, but have not heard back. More than 15 days. I hope you tell me what should I do to get the red book just like the family area are using?

To answer your question, we assume that the aforementioned errors in the cases specified in Clause 1, Article 25 of Decree No. 88/2009/ND-CP dated 19/10/2009 of the Government on issuance certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other assets attached to land (“GCN”) (1)

Accordingly, the red book is corrected as follows (2):

1. The correction of errors in the content license is granted after the implementation of a written request or a reflection of the license granted in writing or by organizations and individuals concerned about the discovery of errors in content GCN.

Registered Office land use is responsible for monitoring, correcting content on GCN point q under paragraph 1 of Article 12 of Circular No. 17/2009/TT-BTNMT (3) to the natural resources and environmental certification.

2. Where the correction that the license be granted with request for a new license or where there is a lot of content corrections office land use right registration offices have the authority to grant a new license.

Time resolution procedures certificate is not more than twenty (20) working days (unless you are applying for a new license).
